Andrew Hill
Andrew has worked all over the world and won numerous competitions including the coveted International Gold Trophy. Andrew boasts a wealth of photographic and show experience as well as proudly being a Master Fellow of the exclusive Fellowship of British Hairdressers. His philosophy is to work hard, move with the times, to make people the best they can possibly be and to always remember education is a journey not a destination.

Anita Dearson
Salon Director Our longest standing team member, Anita has been with the salon for 22.5 years. Anita loves doing bridal hair and specialises in hair up. Anita’s achievements include- Winner of L’Oreal South West Colour Trophy award, regional finalist of the Colour Trophy four times, travelled to Washington with L’Oreal and has won the Junior National Championships.

Natasha Lane
Graduate Stylist Our newest Graduate stylist Natasha has been with the salon for 5 years. Natasha particualrly loves blow drying and hair up. Natasha has excellent product knowledge and is an expert in hair after care. She is also a Brand Master for Shu Uemura.

Lucy Dennis
Colour Specialist Lucy has been with the salon for 9 years and boasts a L’Oreal Degree in hair colouring. Lucy enjoys a challenge and is an expert in complete colour changes and colour correction.

Louise Allan
Executive Stylist Lousie has been part of the salon for 11 years. Not only is Louise one of the salons Executive team but she is also a teacher in our in house training school. Louise has a large portfolio of loyal clients and consistently produces fantastic work. Louise has had Vidal Sasson training whilst working at the salon, she has her teacher and assessor awards and she is also trainied in wig fitting and cutting. Louise was chosen to take part in the Maggie and Co fashion show and the regular events held at Mount Stuart Hospital.

Francesca Waine
Designer Francesca has been with the salon for over 7 years, she is creative and precise. Some of the things Francesca has been selected to do include: The Face of Torbay Maggie and Co fashion show Ladies Day at the races Advanced training with L’Oreal in central London Francesca is also a Kerastase Ambassidor

Fran Reid
Graduate Stylist Fran has been part of the team for 3 years and has been a qualified hairdresser for 6 months. Fran has completed her NVQ level 2 and undergone intense Andrew Hill training. She is now building up her portfolio and enjoys all aspects of hairdressing.

Becky Dennis
Stylist Becky has been with the salon from leaving school 5 years ago, she enjoys building her portfolio of clientele by giving them exactly what they want. Becky has completed L’Oreal colour keys as well as NVQ level 2.

Victoria Sanders
Designer Victoria has been with the salon for 13 years since leaving school, she is particularly good with long hair and enjoys doing Bridal Hair. Victoria has completed numerous L’Oreal Courses in London. She was chosen to do the Face of Torbay hair. Victoria has also completed an advanced gents cutting course and is Vidal Sasson trained. In addition to this Victoria has had hair up training from Patrick Cameron.

Kristina Arnold
Graduate Stylist Kristina joined tha salon from leaving school about 4 years ago, she has been a qualified stylist for 1.5 years. Kristinas strengths are her ability to take on a challenge and she is always consistent.

Monica Barber
Graduate Stylist Monica has been with the salon for 4 years since leaving school. She has completed her NVQ 2 and has been qualified for 1.5 years. Monica is particually good at long hair, bridal hair and hair up.

Joe Leather
Executive Stylist Joe has been part of our team for 14 years and has a very loyal client following. Joe has high standards of creativity and style and has taken part in many events. Joe has reached the semi finals of the L’Oreal Colour Trophy three times and has a certificate in Advanced Cutting from Vidal Sasson. He has also worked with Andrew in a ‘Master and Junior’ show and specialises in training advanced gents hair cutting.

Emma Bollard
Advanced Designer and Salon Manager Emma has been a loyal team member for over 20 years and specialises in perming, straightening and wig styling. Emma has been trained on Trevor Sorbies More Hair Now course for wig styling. She describes herself as a good all rounder.

Sarah James
Executive Stylist Sarah has been hairdressing for over 25 years and has been part of the Andrew Hill team for 12.5 years. Sarah is very passionate about her job and is part of the salons photographic team, her work has been featured in many of the well know magazines. Sarah has also completed the Vidal Sasson advanced cutting programme.

Lorna Johnson
Advanced Stylist Lorna has been part of the team for 7.5 years. Lorna was selected to be a Kerastase Ambassador and has done both L’Oreal colour keys and Vidal sasson courses as well as having all the in house training provided by Andrew Hill.

Gemma Low
Executive Stylist and Training Manager Gemma has been in the industry for 14 years of which 13 years have been with The Andrew Hill Salon. She enjoys a challenge, is dynamic at cutting and passionate about teaching. Gemma says “agood technical cut makes life so much easier”. She is also part of the salons photographic team and has built up a large collection of images. Gemma was also an I.D artist for L’Oreal for 2 years whilst working in the salon as well.

Stylist Holly has been with the salon since leaving school and has been qualified now for 3 years. She is dynamic and enjoys fun, creative, bang on trend hair cutting and colouring. Holly attracts a fashion conscious clientele and also specialises in gents cuts.

Stylist Hayley has been a stylist for the salon for 3 years, and she describes herself as patient and enthusiastic. Hayley enjoys fashion and specialises in layered cutting, gents and childrens hair cuts.
