We strongly recommend all new clients attend a complimentary consultation prior to their appointment. In addition, all new colour clients must have a patch test applied at least 48 hours prior to any colour application. Existing colour clients are required to have a patch test every 12 months.
We may apply a supplement to any colour service cost, where additional colour product is used. For example very long or thick hair.
For any styling appointment that requires extra time in addition to our regular appointment time an extra charge of 25% per 15 minutes may be incurred.
We respectfully request that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given if cancelling an appointment. If we do not receive sufficient notice a fee will be charged.
Unfortunately we are unable to carry out any technical services on under 16's.
